My father was a photographer and loved the woods in front of our home. He took the photograph below in 1968. The red house in the center is where I grew up. It's in a very small town named Richburg and is in Upstate New York. The population today is less than 500 people.
I continue the tradition started by my father and take nature photos today with a digital camera, perhaps a step up from the old Pentax film camera he used but he'd debate that with me. Although for several years my primary interest was floral photography I've branched out since moving to Asheville, NC and now enjoy doing some wildlife and landscape photography.
